She presents complex financial topics in an extremely readable way and really breaks down the math to help you pull financial truth out of the haze that's been created by Wall Street and banks. Mary Kang23 November 2022During this Thanksgiving, I would like to give thanks to Kim, Theresa, Rae Ann, Spencer and their entire team! I have been researching WLI and Kim's podcasts got me hooked that I then began ordering her books on amazon to learn more as well! The Prosperity Podcast is on from the morning I wake up and take my dog to the dog park, during my lunch hour, and when I get home from work. I have been trying to soak up as much I can and finally pulled the plug and started a WLI policy with Kim's team a few months ago and they were spectacular! Kim and Elizabeth have written a valuable book that is eminently readable, full of in-depth information about costs and alternatives for parents and students alike. Preparing for a secondary education is a very serious endeavour and should be considered carefully. Making the wrong decisions around college funding can ruin a family's finances for years to come. Be prepared as you make your decisions and learn as much as you can before making the commitment...ie buy this book! One confession, I wrote the foreword to this wonderful book!Great information! The day I finished the first book of the series, I knew I was transported out of the mainstream herd of financial advice and on to the path of next-level financial aptitude. There's no turning back now -- I know too much, thanks to Kim Butler and the other PEM authors. I'm amazed and grateful that despite her busy life, Kim, the author herself, makes herself available to help people one-on-one to resolve their financial questions. She has guided me in the right direction on more than one occasion. Kim, I look up to you, and I know you have directed me on the path to reach my dream of financial freedom. She has ignited some idling background dreams of mine and spurred me to re-engage in them. Kim Butler doesn't just introduce concepts, she goes into great detail on implementing strategies to create and grow generational wealth. But beyond that, this is not just a book about strategies and techniques - this book takes a topic that most families avoid talking about (money & finances), and shows you how to use it to grow and deepen your family's relationships and develop and improve it's human capital - and these types of things are really a much more important and long-lasting legacy than the amount of money left behind.Kim does a great job of explaining these concepts in clear, straight-forward ways. Be warned, this is not "typical" financial advice, so if you’re expecting another book that tells you to “invest in a balanced portfolio of stocks”, you're going to have to open your mind to some new possibilities. I would have given it a full 3-star but I found that even though the information in the book was okay, it was dated at the same time. T Waz23 February 2021I was looking for an alternative to strictly stock market investing because I never liked the idea of giving up control of my money. I found Kim's website online and read quite a bit of her material. I learned principles like leveraging bank loans to increase ROI on investments, using whole life insurance as your own personal bank, and the concept of the time value of money. I thought I was pretty money savvy before, but I was in a debt avoidance mindset like I think the majority of people are. There's a difference between being in debt, and having debt, Kim says. On a personal note, I contacted Kim's office to ask a couple simple questions, not knowing what response I'd get. To my delight, I was able to speak with Kim within the week and get my answers. She was helpful and didn't try to sell me anything, so kudos to her for not being a pushy saleswoman!

I learned prosperity principles that were inspiring and lead to me having a total "ah-ha" moment. The way I have thought money worked for the last 20 years was wrong and I finally understood why it wasn't working. I wish I had had this information and understanding of how to control my money when I became and adult. Full of easy to understand stories and language that drives right by the questions a buyer should be asking. If you want to sell life insurance, this is for you. If you want to know how a life insurance salesman is going to sell you his product -- like a car salesman does when he adds all the options and things you don't need but which have a huge mark up -- then this is also for you. Just realize that the magician draws your attention to his left hand so you don't see or ask about what is going on behind his back. "Busting the Lies" is designed to disarm you. Nothing to see here, just sign on the dotted line.Worth checking out This is a totally new concept for me.I was always taught that term life insurance was the way to go. I am definitely going to explore this concept and to understand how this will benefit our family. As with most new concepts,your first exposure to a new idea is a little blurry. I will keep on pursuing more knowledge on this subject. This concept should be part of a high school financial education.Good Basics You might wonder about the value of life insurance in a financial plan, and whether real estate is a good wealth building choice. MikeCrook18426 August 2020Their financial education is second to none. They provide great examples and discuss different financial concepts in very easy to understand terms. It's a very traditional approach to financial education that won't you receive in college course school or some Wall Street advisor. I've used their teachings to reevaluate my own financial planning and not just for myself and my wife, but for future generations. One example of their education is Control, they teach how to better control your own investments. If you want to different and refresh approach to education I would read their blog, books, and listen their podcasts you will be surprised why aren't more people learning these concepts.

Tony Braddock12 August 2020I met Kim at a Robert Kiyosaki event where Robert introduced her as his financial advisor. She gave an amazing talk on what financial planners don't want you to know. I was so impressed that I asked her to consider taking me on as a client. Even though I did not fit her profile client at the time she took me on as a client because of my desire to learn and willingness to be open to new information. Now 16 years later it was one of the best financial decisions I ever made. Not only did I learn a ton from Kim and the team but I experienced first hand how great the information was during a down economy helping me not lose my home after losing my job. That is the true test of good financial information, does the advice and strategies work in a down economy. I am amazed how I continue to learn daily from the Partners for prosperity team, they seem to always be on top of the latest financial information and they always can show examples and proof of their sound financial advice. I am so impressed with Kim and the team because they are not driven by money, they truly are driven to help people succeed in life and take great pleasure in being your partner. It is definitely a paradigm shift that is needed in our world, and has changed how I think, how I live, and how I prepare for the future. I love Kim's personality. She is a very positive person with a warm demeanor and is ready to help anyone. Lastly, she is a master at what she does. I haven't found anyone that comes close to her knowledge of how to build wealth conservatively while protecting yourself and your assets. I wholeheartedly recommend Kim and her company to anyone!

She gave me a lot to think about and consider as I approach retirement. I found her to be patient, understanding, knowledgeable and professional...and a fun person to talk with!

From their blog to Kim's books, I feel like I've been empowered to take control of my finances, and not just relinquish that control to someone else. I'm lucky I came into this so early on, and can only hope that more people my age have the opportunity to absorb this wisdom. Because if the typical advice worked, wouldn't everyone be rich?

This book explains the advantages of whole life insurance in a way that easy to understand and enjoyable to read. I highly recommend.You’ve Been Lied To! Kim and Jim do a great job of breaking down the essentials for the best, time-honored strategy of personal wealth development. They shine a spotlight on the lies we’ve been told about how to build to a retirement, while in reality we’re only making the bankers and the acolytes of the Wall Street cult wealthy.Good information on whole life insurance This is only the second book I have read about whole life insurance. It explained a lot of different ways to make use of the product. I have always been told to just buy term policies but now I have the information I need to decide for myself.Real truth Prosperity requires more than average thinking, planning and Kim says it best in this book. This book is insightful and gives you a way to be proactive!Very Useful There is so much great information packed into this great little book. It is easy to read and the concepts are well explained. Everyone can benefit from this knowledge.Excellent! Refreshing change from the usual "accumulation theory" financial planning advice. Added some new perspectives about opportunity costs and taxation.My only complaint is too short(!) which is why I gave it a 4 star. The last chapter seemed clipped off. Matt Sanford15 January 2020This is a great tool to analyze financial decisions. Imagine buying a car or a house and trying to decide what is the most efficient way to purchase it. Or even if you were doing a home remodel and wanted to find out the absolute best way to pay for it, well this tool would help immensely. It is hard to make major decisions without it now. All who want to march their dollars in their own cause should study this text.Clearly Too Many Insurance People Do Not Understand the Stock Market There appears to be no end to the level of incompetence coming from insurance people with regard to their understanding of the stock market. The author writes this in her book:"Walk into a typical financial planner’s office and there’s probably a chart on the wall comparing the performance of the S & P to other paper investments, like bonds and treasury bills, over a 50-year period. By a large margin, the S & P has outperformed every other option."But does it make a difference to know that the 500 stocks comprising the index in 1930 were not the same as the 500 on the list in 1940, 1950, or 1990 or 2009? The index is a list of winners, the stocks that for that time period were the largest and the best. If the stocks were losers, they were dropped from the list. Why wouldn’t a list of winners 'outperform' most other choices? The statistics about the index are accurate, but the index itself is in some ways a biased tool."Where do I begin? First off, the S&P 500 didn't have 500 stocks in the index until 1957. Prior to that, there were only 90 stocks in the index. Second, the index is NOT retroactive. The stocks for the index were chosen ahead of time and then tracked by the index (that's what an index does), so I have no idea what she is talking about when she says the index is a "list of winners."I would be very wary of reading ANY book authored by an insurance salesperson. Their answer to everything is: INSURANCE!Never dissappointed Always love to read Kim's stuff.Wanted a bit more Wanted a bit more but I guess you have to call and be a client of the group.Worth reading Interesting and simple read. Simple enough to understand and relate with real life examples. Simple strategy to follow and understand.A Tremendous, Detailed Explanation of Life Insurance Chapter by chapter this book explained features and concepts about life insurance.But more importantly, it clearly explained lies, half-truths and misconceptions about life insurance.For absolutely anyone wanting a more secure financial future, this is a really useful book to read.Literally the best investment one could make! Kim and Jimmy write as a tag team with seamless flow. They have a unique way of simplifying and proving how marrying of Cash Value from a Whole Life insurance policy with investment in turnkey investment real estate is literally the best investment one could make. When massive portions of other investments are lost in taxes, inflation and fees - that just isn't true of this investment. They didn't mention Warren Buffett, - but he backs them up in advocating this. I so wish I'd read this book 35 years ago! I'd be a very wealthy man.Awesome read. Being an IBC Practioner as well this book spoke to me in ways that I can only say a big thank you to Kim for putting this together and providing an easy concise rendering of why the world needs us Austrian Economists.Inspired Creative Financial Wizardry Kim D.H. Butler delivers again with sound financial advice that you do not find anywhere else. She really knows her business and gives you a peek into how the truly prosperous get and keep there money.Totally misleading This book is not about life insurance in general, but a sales pitch for whole life insurance. I read the whole book and am returning it to get my money back! Totally misleading and a misrepresentation of the topic.An Actually Useful Book Like most people, I was taught to get a job and contribute to stock retirement funds. When I retired I made a painful discovery: I had assets, but no passive income. Further, I would have to sell assets and pay heavy taxes to get income. Kunal Sampat25 January 2019I had a preliminary call with Partners for Prosperity. Kim and her team were very generous with their time and support. Although I did not end up getting an insurance policy from them, I am sure that I will be returning to them in the future. Here is what I loved about this company: 1. They were very quick to respond and provide me with 1 illustration. This meant I wasn't getting confused with so many options and their first option was quite good. 2. They know how to design an Whole Life Insurance policy keeping in mind the Infinite Banking Concept (IBC) 3. They were very generous with their time and when I told that I have to finish with the agent I started working with, they were still very kind and helpful Honest people that I would want to work with when I'm ready to buy another insurance policy.
